What's included:

*You can use one wegovy voucher once every six months. Not to worry, even if your voucher does expire, we will honor it for another month of wegovy upon your six-month re-examination.

To receive a refill, you must have been seen by one of our providers in the past six months and have an active prescription for Phentermine, Phendimetrazine, Diethylpropion. To receive a refill of Cialis or Viagra, you have to have seen one of our providers in the past 12 months. A state or federal government-issued ID with your picture is required.
